Choosing your company’s modules
In Settings → Modules you choose what your company uses. Whatever you turn off disappears from the menu, the "+" button and the copilot for the whole team, and you can turn it back on anytime. It doesn’t change what you pay: the plan includes every module.
- Only a company administrator (owner or admin) changes the modules.
- A profile per company type preselects the usual modules; then you adjust them one by one.
- Home, Projects, Settings and Credits are always available.
- Turning a module off doesn’t delete its data: when you turn it back on, everything is still there.
- Team roles apply on top: a person only sees the modules that are on and that their role allows.

Open Modules
From the gear at the top go to Settings → Modules (or search for it with “Go to…” in the menu).

Apply your company profile
Pick Full construction company, Site contractor, Real estate developer, Equipment rental or Cranes and lifting. The profile preselects the modules; review the selection.

Adjust module by module
Turn each module on or off, or a whole area with “Turn all on” / “Turn all off”. At the top you see how many unsaved changes you have.

Save
Once saved, the whole team’s menu shows your selection. If you try to leave with unsaved changes, it asks you first.
Frequently asked questions
Do I lose information if I turn a module off?
No. The data stays saved; only the screen stops showing. When you turn it back on, everything appears as it was.
Do I pay less if I turn modules off?
No: the plan includes every module. Turning them off helps your team see only what it uses.
Why doesn’t a teammate see a module that is on?
Because their role doesn’t include it. Company modules and role permissions add up: check their role in Settings → Team.
